Customers may order direct container loads from abroad or take advantage of WINSOME's Domestic Warehousing program. This gives the customer order flexibility and the best direct import prices without the worry of overstocking.
Having it's own in-house Product Development and Design Team, WINSOME offers continuous innovative product and packaging design and numerous selections of product lines.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Doesn't fit together tightly. It does not stand perfectly plumb. Assembly was easy except for one screw at the back of one of the wine openings - hard to reach.

I had requested that the package not be left at doorstep but at neighbors as I knew I would be out of town when it arrived. FedEx left it outside by my side door and it poured down rain ruining the packaging but thankfully not the product. However there was also a broken part but that was replaced by the manufacturer.

It's a great product, both in terms of design and practicality. It fits perfectly in small spaces, great for a tiny apartment like mine. It looks and feels really sturdy. The storage is great - I'm slowly building a collection and am only using half the slots at the moment. The drawer is great for keeping bar supplies - corkscrews, napkins and the like. And the space for glasses has freed up a lot of space from my kitchen cabinets.
It's easy enough to assemble - anyone who's ever put together anything from Ikea ought to have no trouble with it - I only took an hour and a half on my own to do it. It requires a bit of care once the top is attached, though, as it is pretty heavy. I found that turning the unit upside down tended to work best.
