I purchased PREMIUM REDWOOD - what I received was poor quality wood that looked JUST LIKE PINE! Had a professional install & put together wine racks - he had to use nails to secure product together.

I called to complain about quality of what I received - I must say the customer service rep. was WONDERFUL. She was the only good thing I can comment on... for I was refunded $700.0 - Although if my husband were home when this was delieved - and had not already been installed... all the items we purchased would have been returned!

A powered mitre saw is almost essential. Assembly of each rack, including counter sinking nails and filling holes averaged 2.5-3.0 hours, which could have been cut by at least 1/3 if trim pieces were pre-cut for length.
