This happend to be just what we were looking for - something that was not too small or too big. This holds 12 bottles, 12 stemmed glasses and has 2 glass shelves for storage also. Easy to assemble. The finish is a black metal. Overall we are very pleased with the product for the price.

glass shelves don't lay flat but putting bottles on them helps. also black paint was chipped but it wasn't worth the trouble of returning-so we took a black sharpie and filled it in. this product would be better if it was just the natural metal color, not painted-cuz that will always chip. but for the price, it is perfect for what we wanted it for. overall very happy with it.

Directions were not really that great. More frustrating was that the some of the opennings between the double bars, where parts, and screws were to go were mis-aligned. The washers were the screws for the back braces were to go were off center of the bars and could not be used.
